1. What is the delivery time for my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business day. Delivery time is 7-10 business days.
2. How much does shipping cost?
We ship all orders in the United States for free.
3. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once the item has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that you can use to track your order.
Returns and refunds
1. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as shipped.
2. What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
If your item arrives damaged, please email us at contact@pansgear.com within 24 hours with pictures of the product and packaging. We will cover the return shipping and send you a replacement item at no extra cost.
3. When will I get my refund?
Your refund will be processed and sent to your payment method within 7 business days after we accept the return.
4. Do you charge fees for restocking?
No, we do not charge any fees for refilling our products.
