1. What Products Can Be Returned
We accept returns only for new, unopened gear. Final sale items cannot be returned. This includes gift cards, custom orders, perishable supplies, clearance items, and opened personal hygiene kits.
2. Return Timeframe
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
3. Item Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@pansgear.com with your order number. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions. Please include your receipt or order confirmation, and package the items securely
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
6. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive your return. They’re issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for damaged or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
